Well, we did it again this year. The annual #woundedherosatthelodge event, hosted by Mr Paul Maleen at his resort #thelodgeatleathemsmith has been going strong for 15 years already in beautiful Sturgeon Bay #doorcounty WI. Paul hosts roughly 50 veterans each year from across the country. I’d like to thank Paul, his resort staff, the other guides and charter captains, as well as all the others behind the scenes for working so hard every year to make this event so memorable. These veterans come from all walks of life which make all the conversations great. I love the recognition these veterans get for their sacrifices and I cannot wait to see all the smiling faces again next year. 🙏🏼
The 15th annual Wounded hero’s event at The Lodge at Leathem Smith in Sturgoen Bay WI has been a huge success so far. One more day of guiding these guys, and it’s back to MN.
We had such a great time with Dustin, Eddie and Arthur…and boy did we keep the rods busy for the kiddos 😎. It’s sure was hot, but these boys stuck it out to bring home some fish.
